COATES Maggie Mae
5 year old Chestnut Mare Stallion Quality
Todd went to visit his friend Albert Coates and I asked him to bring me some nice English Chocolate, instead he emailed me this photo. So we were done shopping and then along came Maggie Mae.What can we say?..14.1hh and just about as wide?.loaded with feather and bone but with a beautifully refined head. Maggie Mae has a short back, apple rump, a leg in each corner?she truly is a powerhouse, a stallion quality mare. Maggie was a big hit on Horsmonden Fair in 2009 so much so that she didn?t even make the actual fair just the events before hand! Maggie's last foal was sold for over $40,000 USD and is said to be the best of the best.

BlackJack's Coates Golden Ticket
CREAMELLO COLT!!!!!
Golden Ticket
Golden Ticket is a very rare find. He is a cremello tobiano gypsy cob colt. Out of a buckskin and white mare who is by the white horse Golden Ticket's Father is a cremello stallion known as The White Horse of Kilburn or otherwise Coates Pinky. Pinky is a very sweet, heavy gypsy cob who goes back to the very best line of dilute gypsy cobs, this line is known as BANJO breed.
Golden Ticket has quality bone, straight silky feather, a good back, tail set and overall conformation. Golden Ticket has inherited his Mum's beautiful pony head and ears and we cannot wait to see how he matures. With siblings making big money in the UK, Ireland and being exported all over Europe, Australia and the USA and in his Father's first year at stud we are very proud to be able to add this boy to our herd. What's more he has the sweetest temperament which has come from both parents. Pinky is so placid he was originally used as a driving cob for an elderly lady.

COATES Butterscotch PALOMINO FILLY
Well WOW what else can we say?! This filly is one who made our heart's skip a beat. Out of an exceptional proven chestnut mare who is out of Villa Vanners Sophie and by The White Horse of Kilburn it is no wonder her breeder has repeated the match up for 2010! Butterscotch like her half sister Babe is another girly girl and also like Babe is incredibly traditional but also in an off colour. Butterscotch has the prettiest head and ears, short back, good tailset, quality bone and plenty of feather..there were several attempts to keep this girl in the UK and we are so proud to bring her over to the US.

COATES CARMELLA SOLID BUCKSKIN FILLY
Carmella is a girly girl! She has always been a little camera shy and loves to stay close to Mum. Carmella's Mum is a really traditional bay gypsy cob mare who has foaled some incredible offspring including Coates Tulip, a seriously heavy, quality black and white filly born in 2007. Dad is the White Horse of Kilburn which makes Babe the half sister to Golden Ticket and (Pally filly). As you can see Dad is consistent with his offspring and if you take a look at Tulip below you will see that Mum produces fabulous foals also. Carmella's breeder purposely left Babe?s Mum as a date for Pinky as they hoped that Mum would pass her traditional qualities on and Pinky would pass on his super temperament, type and colour. It worked and we cannot be prouder to add such a traditional girl in an off colour to our herd.
Babe is a very upright filly with a traditional quality overall conformation. She has plenty of bone and feather too!

This little filly has the makings of a star. With Desert Jewel's Flash as her sire and Desert Jewel's Lainey The wagon mare as her mum, she is destined to be one of the most stunning well built foals of the years. She's a big girl and we couldn't be happier.

INTRODUCING COATES OLIVER BLACK DIAMOND
Here's my dream come true. Oliver has stamped his quality, personality, and color all on this one little filly and all at once. Oliver has always been my favorite Stallion and to have a piece of him is amazing. Diamond has more hair on her legs and body then most yearlings. She will be arriving in a few months and as you can tell she needs a grooming.
