Melvin is a striking boy with a lot of potential!  Melvin was blessed with gorgeous good looks, excellent conformation, an adorable pint pot head, and an intelligent and willing disposition.  Melvin also has the coveted black tail we dream about (yes, these are small dreams but try keeping a white tail sparkling clean all the time!).  Melvin and his teen rider attended his first USA show in Scottsdale, AZ where he took 2nd early on in the day, and 3rd in the Championship Hunt Seat Class Finals!  We could not have been more proud!  We are so happy to have him as part of our family!!!

Here is Melvin in his first Parade.  He wasn't bothered by the gunshots, firecrackers, kids running, or the crowd, we were impressed.  Of course he is my favorite :))))

Here is Melvin right before the parade at the staging area on our trainer Jose Gil. 

Jose and Melvin got such crowd applause that we were very excited to see they loved the breed. Melvin is now living with Jose and very happy.
